All items are made to order, with a 10 business day turnaround time. Once your items are completed they will be shipped via USPS to the shipping address listed on PayPal. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm they have the correct shipping address listed at checkout. One Twenty-One Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Tracking information will be updated in PayPal as orders are packaged.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of your order being delivered. To file a claim, we must have pictures of the damaged item, as well as all original packaging materials.

All One Twenty-One Designs products are custom made, due to this we do not accept returns, but please contact us at onetwentyonedesignsbyag@yahoo.com if you have an issue with your order. We will make every effort to make the order right.

All One Twenty-One Designs products are made from 1/4" birch and lightly sealed with a clear coat protectant to extend the lifespan of the vibrant paint colors used on our items. We recommend your products only be displayed under a covered porch or behind a glass door to add protection from the harsh elements. To enhance the lifespan of your decor, we recommend spraying them once a year with a clear coat spray paint.
