Book A Paint Party With Us

At One Twenty-One Designs we offer travel paint parties, which means you provide the location with tables and chairs, and we come to you with all the supplies necessary to create a fun, stress-free creative experience.  

 

How do paint parties work?

We offer two styles of paint parties for our hosts to choose from. 

If your group prefers demonstrated step by step instructions, the host will choose one design shape for all guests to paint.  We will work together as I demonstrate each step from start to finish, as you and your guests paint along with me.

If your group prefers to have a variety of design choices, the host may choose up to three designs for guests to choose from at the time of sign up.  For these parties guests will receive printed step by step instructions to paint their door hangers independently, as I walk the room providing assistance to guests as needed.  

Both styles of paint parties include all necessary materials for completing your door hanger, as well as 2.5 hours of party time.  It is important that all guests arrive on time, as a late start time does not provide your party with an extended end time for the event.  We will need access to the party location up to one hour ahead of party start time to allow time for set-up, and up to thirty minutes after party end time for clean-up.

Each party guest will receive a full kit, which includes: blank door hanger (measuring approximately 18-23", depending on design) with laser etched paint lines, wooden lettering (if applicable), paints, bow, and jute.

A special listing will be created on our website for your party guests, where they may select their design choice and complete payment.  All payments must be collected at least two weeks prior to your scheduled party date.

Cancellations/Refunds: All items are custom prepared for each paint party guest; due to this we do not offer refunds for paint parties with One Twenty-One Designs.  In the event a guest is unable to attend the party we will be happy to leave their kit with the party host, so they may collect their kit to complete at their convenience.

Paint Party Packages

Small Paint Party

Minimum of 8 guests
$40 per person

 Large Paint Party

Minimum of 10 guests 
$35 per person

Bridal Shower Paint Party

Minimum of 8 guests
$42 per person
Each guest will paint a different theme/seasonal door hanger for the bride to be.

Fundraiser Paint Party

Minimum of 20 guests
$40 per person, with $15 per person going back to your organization
Perfect for church youth groups, school sports teams, animal adoption groups, and so much more!

Public Paint Party

Held in the GBR room at the Beulaville Town Hall, the second Friday of every month from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.  Bring a finger food/drink to share with the group as we paint and host a potluck style dinner together!
$25 per person
