Welcome to my answered prayer: One Twenty-One Designs by Amber Gwynn.

What originally started as a dream, in April 2020, to help produce some income as a stay-at-home mom while my husband, William, worked outside of the home, quickly grew to be a full-time career. I offer laser engraved gifts, as well as painted decor, focusing mainly on door hangers and ornaments, with the occasional porch leaner thrown in the mix. One Twenty-One Designs is located in Beulaville, NC, and offers shipping all over the United States.

Paint parties are my favorite! Bridal showers, birthday parties (for kids or adults), fundraisers, team building, and “girls night in” are just a few of the many great reasons to consider a paint party! I also offer a monthly public paint party hosted in Beulaville, perfect for those that like to paint without needing to meet that minimum guest requirement for private parties. One Twenty-One Designs is so much more than a business name. One Twenty-One, (otherwise recognized as 01/21, January 21st) is the day I married my guy. He has been so supportive of my dream to make this business happen, and gave me that extra push I needed to bring my idea to life. He never complains of the late night painting, or all of the behind the scenes work I ask him to help with. When I’m frustrated, or in doubt, he is always my “hype man” reminding me of how far I have come and how I can and will succeed. Without William and 01/21, I wouldn’t have this small business to share with y’all, so it only seemed fitting to dedicate my business name to “One Twenty-One.”

FAQ

Shipping Policy

All items are made to order, with a ten business day turnaround time. One Twenty-One Designs ships via USPS, to the address listed at checkout. It is the customers responsibilty to confirm they have the correct address listed for shipping. One Twenty-One Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of your order being delivered. To file a claim, we must have pictures of the damaged item, as well as all original packaging materials.

Return Policy

All products at One Twenty-One Designs are considered custom made, due to this we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you have an issue with your order please contact us at onetwentyonedesignsbyag@yahoo.com and we will make every effort to correct the order.

Wooden Sign Care

All signs from One Twenty-One Designs are cut from 1/4" birch and are lightly sealed to protect the vibrant colors used while hand painting your order. We recommend only displaying your items under a covered porch, or behind a glass door to ensure they are properly protected from the harsh elements of the sun and weather. To clean your signs please avoid any harsh chemicals. We recommend gently wiping with a damp rag as needed, and spraying once a year with a clear coat spray paint.
